Update

I've been working on the plan but it will be difficult to proceed without meeting the superintendent and the person in charge of technology for the district. 

Update

My goal is to reform the attendance system at my high school. I hope to incorporate scanning of student I.D's with the teacher's iPads to take attendance. So far I have done one interview, sent  out surveys, and drafted a plan of action on paper. I hope to meet with the Superintendent this week to discuss my idea and to understand the policies the technology departments of the school districts will require.
